DeFacto Consultancy invites you to public conference „Making data available for the purpose of creating effective public policies in Montenegro“. The conference will be held on 2nd April in hotel Best Western Premiere Montenegro (Apart), from 10 to 12h.

The conference will adress, among others, the following questions: Is it possible to create plans without systematicaly collecting and storing data? How can the resources form all organizations that collect and manufacture data, governmental and non-governmental, scientific institutions and bussines sector, be better used? What benefits can we have using open data?  Who should play a central role in the process of making data available?
